To celebrate Earth Day again this year, NREMC will hand out free trees to members. Northeastern focuses on our community, including helping members care for our local environment.
Date:
Tuesday, April 23, beginning at 2:00 PM
Address:
Northeastern REMC, 4901 E Park 30, Columbia City, IN 46725
How to get your tree(s):
Park on the west side of our building and enter through the door under the canopy. We'll verify your membership and help you pick out your trees. Then, you'll exit through the lobby to return to your vehicle.
We want to keep the lobby entrance available for anyone wanting to pay their bills.
Who is eligible:
NREMC members can receive two free trees.
If enrolled in paperless billing, members can receive up to three trees.
Trees will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all 2,000 trees are gone. Unfortunately, we cannot hold trees for anyone.
Please note that trees measure from 12 inches to 3 feet tall.
Types of trees that will be available:
River Birch
Norway Spruce
White Pine
Shagbark Hickory
Pecan
Red oak
